Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy

At Kunspire, your trust and satisfaction quietly guide everything we do. For any issues with your order, please contact support@kunspire.com within 2 days of delivery.

  • We exclusively offer exchanges; returns are generally not accepted.
  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery for size issues or incorrect items (including delivery day).
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost for size issues or incorrect products.
  • Report defective items within 2 days, including clear images. Eligible requests will be promptly processed for exchange.
  • Other exchanges (different designs or sizes) depend on product availability.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and labeled correctly.
  • Customers bear shipping costs for exchanges not due to size or product errors.
  • If exchanging for a higher value product, the price difference must be paid online before dispatch.
  • Ensure products are properly folded and packed to avoid transit damage. Improperly packed items won't be accepted for exchange.

No Returns Policy:

  • Returns are generally not accepted except for damaged or defective items.
  • Immediate notification with clear images is required for defective items. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method or provided bank account.
  • Exceptional non-defective returns incur a ₹100 deduction for reverse pickup costs.

Additional Terms:

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages at delivery.
  • Slight color or design variations do not qualify for refunds.
  • Customer-caused defects are ineligible for refunds.
  • One exchange per order.
  • Products purchased during sales or with discount codes are not refundable.
  • Used or washed items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Kunspire reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns not meeting policy criteria.
